TMJ scope surgery has long been a major challenge for domestic education due to the extremely high cost of equipment and the significant barriers to obtaining official training resources and hardware support from manufacturers. Determined not to let costly instruments hinder the transmission of surgical expertise, the TFA team spent six months overcoming obstacles — from sourcing alternative solutions to developing in-house instruments — and has successfully incorporated TMJ arthroscopic surgery hands-on training into this cadaver course.

🗓️ Two days of intensive program content

• Demonstration and hands-on training in TMJ minimally invasive surgery
  (Arthrocentesis; Arthroscopic surgery Levels 1, 2, and 3)
• Demonstration and hands-on training in TMJ operative surgery with TJR

🥇 Official certification by Zimmer Biomet
Through special collaboration with the manufacturer, 15 participants in the hands-on sessions will receive official Zimmer Biomet TJR certification (Taiwan physicians) upon completion of the course.
