cases, extensive bone reduction is sometimes required. During suturing, excessive soft tissue may cover the healing caps. As a result, when delivering the immediate prosthesis, the soft tissue can become trapped, leading to incomplete seating or causing discomfort and pain for the patient.<\/p><p>Furthermore, excessive mobile soft tissue may lead to the resorption of what was originally abundant keratinized gingiva (KG), leaving only a minimal amount.
