implant\u4e3b\u8981\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u4e0a\u984e\u9aa8\u840e\u7e2e\u6216\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u75c5\u4f8b\u3002\u5e73\u5747\u8ffd\u8e64\u6642\u9593\u70ba75.4\u500b\u6708\uff086.3\u5e74\uff09\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u5e73\u5747Zygoma implant\u7684\u5b58\u6d3b\u7387\u70ba96.2\uff05\uff0c\u8ffd\u8e64\u6642\u9593\u70ba36\u2013141.6\u500b\u6708\uff083\u201311.8\u5e74\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u76f8\u8f03\u65bcdelay loading\uff0cImmediate loading\u7d71\u8a08\u4e0a\u5b58\u6d3b\u7387\u986f\u8457\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u5728\u5e73\u574765.4\u500b\u6708\u7684\u8ffd\u8e64\uff0cSinusitis\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\u70ba14.2\uff05\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u5c0e\u81f4Zygoma implant\u5931\u6557\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u6b64\u7bc7 ITI Consensus Workshop\u5171\u8b58\u6703\u8b70\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u6709\u95dc\u898f\u5283\u3001\u624b\u8853\u3001\u5047\u7259\u91cd\u5efa\u3001\u7d50\u679c\u548c\u4ee5\u60a3\u8005\u89c0\u9ede\u51fa\u767c\u7684\u5171\u8b58\u6307\u5f15\u4ee5\u53ca\u81e8\u5e8a\u5efa\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5e95\u4e0b\u7bc0\u9304\u91cd\u9ede\u5c08\u5bb6\u5171\u8b58\u6307\u5f15 \u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b \u4e00. \u9069\u61c9\u75c7 (Indications)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u674e\u91ab\u5e2b\u7e3d\u7d50\uff0cZygoma implant The mean survival rate between 90.3% and 100% after a follow-up of 6 months.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. The mean zygomatic implant survival 96.2% [95% CI 93.8; 97.7] over a mean follow-up of 75.4 months (6.3 years) with a follow-up range of 36\u2013141.6 months (3\u201311.8 years).<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u27a4 \u674e\u91ab\u5e2b\u7e3d\u7d50<\/p>\n\n<p>2 \u7bc7 system review \u548c 1 \u7bc7 meta-analysis \u986f\u793a\uff0cZygoma implant \u4e2d\u9577\u671f\u8ffd\u8e64\u6709 90% \u4ee5\u4e0a\u6210\u529f\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b \u4e09. Quad. zygoma<\/p>\n\n<p>Quad. zygoma \u9700\u4e0a\u984e\u5de6\u53f3\u5404\u5169\u96bb Zygoma implant \u4e14\u5fc5\u9808 splinting\uff0c \u9069\u7528\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u690d\u9ad4\u524d\u5f8c\u7259\u5340\u7121\u6cd5\u7f6e\u653e\uff0c\u88dc\u9aa8\u9810\u671f\u4e0d\u4f73\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b \u56db. Sinusitis (\u9f3b\u7ac7\u708e)<\/p>\n\n<p>Sinusitis is the most commonly reported biological complication related to ZI therapy. Sinusitis is reported to be the most common complication which may lead to ZI implant loss.<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u27a4 \u674e\u91ab\u5e2b\u7e3d\u7d50<\/p>\n\n<p>\u9f3b\u7ac7\u708e\u70ba\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u5c0e\u81f4 Zygoma implant \u5931\u6557\u7684\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u767c\u751f\u7387\u5f9e2.8% ~ 36.4% \u4e0d\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u9f3b\u7ac7\u708e\u8207\u624b\u8853\u6280\u5de7\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c Original surgical technique (OST) were 9.5% (0\u201337.5%), Anatomy- Guided were 4.4% (0\u201311.8%).<\/p>\n\n<p>\u9f3b\u7ac7\u708e\u7d93\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u6216\u5408\u4f75surgical meatotomy\u7686\u53ef\u6210\u529f\u6cbb\u7642 \u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b \u516b. Biological complications (\u751f\u7269\u6027\u4f75\u767c\u75c7)<\/p>\n\n<p>1. bone\u592a\u8584\u6216\u7f3a\u4e4f\uff0c\u8207\u7f6e\u653e\u4f4d\u7f6e\u592a\u9830\u5074\u90fd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u5f8c \u7e8c\u767c\u751f\u751f\u7269\u6027\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b \u4e5d.Technical complications (\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u4f75\u767c\u75c7)<\/p>\n\n<p>1.The mean prosthesis survival supported by ZIs was 94% [95% CI 88.6; 96.9] at 76.0 months of mean follow-up.<\/p>\n\n<p>2.Technical complications for ZI supported reconstructions include fracture of the metal substructure, chipping or loss of the veneering material (ceramic or acrylic), and abutment or screw fracture and\/or loosening.<\/p>\n\n<p>\udb40\udc20<\/p>\n\n<p>\u27a4 implant\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u8f03\u4f73\uff0c\u53d7\u529b\u8f03\u5c0f<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b Clinical recommendations \u81e8\u5e8a\u5efa\u8b70\u7bc0\u9304<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 Zygomatic implant\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u8853\u5f0f\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u8207\u5426\u53d6\u6c7a\u8207\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u5e2b\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u6280\u8853\u548c\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 implant\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u62d4\u7259\u8655\u540c\u6642\u62d4\u9664\u7acb\u5373\u690d\u7259\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n\n<p>\uff21\uff1a\u5728\u62d4\u7259\u7aa9\u65bd\u884czygoma
