related osteonecrosis of the Jaw\uff08MRONJ\uff09\u76f8\u95dc\u8ad6\u6587\u5728\u65b0\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u91ab\u5b78\u96dc\u8a8c\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>New England Journal medicine \u70ba\u570b\u969b\u77e5\u540d\u7684\u91ab\u5b78\u671f\u520a\uff0c\u9673\u91ab\u5e2b\u70ba\u53f0\u7063\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f4d\u6210\u529f\u7372\u5f97\u520a\u767b\u7684\u7259\u79d1\u91ab\u5e2b\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u6587\u7ae0\u9023\u7d50\uff1a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/10.1056\/NEJMicm2209172?fbclid=IwAR0BUbZuReChUvI6L2cve0-O9ky2NDcfW4kM7tDyp_AQmBwmm7SVe5AO-4c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/10.1056\/NEJMicm2209172<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b \u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f MRONJ<\/p>\n\n<p>MRONJ\u70ba\u65bd\u6253\u9aa8\u91dd\u5f8c\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u5176\u7522\u751f\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u70ba\u65bd\u6253\u9aa8\u91dd\u60a3\u8005\u52a0\u4e0a\u63a5\u53d7\u7259\u79d1\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u6cbb\u7642\uff1a\u62d4\u7259\u2026\u5c0e\u81f4\u3002\u75c5\u4eba\u6703\u6709\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u53e3\u5167\u5916\u5ed4\u7ba1\u53ca\u9aa8\u58de\u6b7b\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b \u9aa8\u91dd\u85e5\u7269<\/p>\n\n<p>\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u60a3\u8005\u53ca\u764c\u75c7\u9aa8\u8f49\u79fb\u60a3\u8005\u6642\u5e38\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u6642\u5019\u9700\u8981\u63a5\u53d7\u9aa8\u91dd\u85e5\u7269 (antiresorptive medication)\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u6709 BP (Bisphosponate) \u96d9\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\u985e\u85e5\u7269\uff1a<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 alendronate (Fosamax \u798f\u5584\u7f8e)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 risedronate (Reosteo \u745e\u9aa8\u5353)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 pamidronate (Aredia \u96f7\u8fea\u4e9e)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 ibandronate (Bonviva \u9aa8\u7dad\u58ef)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 zoledronate (Zometa \u5353\u9aa8\u7942\uff0c Aclasta \u9aa8\u529b\u5f37)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u85e5\u7269\u6a5f\u8f49\u70ba\u9644\u8457\u5728\u9aa8\u982d adenosine triphosphate (ATP) \u4e0a\u6291\u5236 osteoclast apoptosis\uff0cDenosumb (Prolia \u4fdd\u9abc\u9e97\uff0c Xegva \u764c\u9aa8\u74e6) \u4e0d\u540c\u70ba BP\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u9644\u8457\u5728\u9aa8\u982d\u4e0a\uff0c\u5176\u70ba\u6297\u9ad4\u4f86\u6291\u5236 osteoclast \u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u258b \u690d\u7259\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7981\u5fcc\u75c7 \u2013 \u6253\u9aa8\u91dd\u60a3\u8005<\/p>\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da 2021\u5e74 Journal of Oral Implantology \u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u8abf\u67e5\u7814\u7a76\uff1a\u7e3d\u5171 review 32 \u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u4f7f\u7528\u9aa8\u91dd\u75c5\u4eba\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u690d\u7259\u6210\u529f\u7387\u6703\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u7d50\u8ad6\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u660e\u986f\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u9aa8\u91dd\u5f71\u97ff\u690d\u7259\u6210\u529f\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u6587\u737b\u4e2d\u63d0\u5230\u5176\u4e2d\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7814\u7a76\u90fd\u662f\u56de\u6714\u6027\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u591a\u6578\u6587\u7ae0\u90fd\u6709\u6a23\u672c\u6578\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9577\u671f\u7684\u8ffd\u8e64\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u8b49\u64da\u8f03\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1; \u4e14\u75c5\u4eba\u591a\u70ba\u670d\u7528\u53e3\u670d BP\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u91dd\u5291\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\u672c\u6587\u4e5f\u5206\u6790\u690d\u7259\u6703\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u75c5\u4eba\u7522\u751f MRONJ\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u6a23\u672c\u6578\u4e0d\u8db3\u7121\u6cd5\u6709\u660e\u78ba\u7d50\u8ad6\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u7d50\u8ad6\u5efa\u8b70\uff1a\u91ab\u5e2b\u9762\u5c0d\u4f7f\u7528\u53e3\u670d BP \u85e5\u7269\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u9032\u884c\u690d\u7259\uff0c\u8981\u76f8\u7576\u8b66\u614e\uff01\u9664\u4e86\u5efa\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528\u8853\u524d\u6297\u751f\u7d20\uff0cminimally invasive surgery \u5916\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u544a\u77e5\u75c5\u4eba\u6709\u85e5\u7269\u6027\u9aa8\u58de\u6b7b\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u4e5f\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\uff01<\/p>\n\n<p>\u6709\u6253\u9aa8\u91dd\u75c5\u4eba\u5217\u70ba\u690d\u7259\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7d55\u5c0d\u7981\u5fcc\u75c7\uff01<\/p>\n\n<p><a
