Placement<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c crestal bone \u5f88\u8584\uff0c\u800c\u4e14 maxillary lateral wall \u53c8\u662f convex \uff0c\u9019\u5728\u57f7\u884c zygomatic implant \u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u5f88\u56f0\u96e3\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u80fd\u5920\u5361\u4f4f\u7684\u9aa8\u982d\u4e0d\u591a\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u5982\u679c\u5728\u672a\u4f86crestal bone \u6709\u4e00\u9ede\u9ede\u5438\u6536 \uff0c\u5c31\u5bb9\u6613\u9020\u6210late sinusitis\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528 L-osteotomy \u80fd\u5728\u9032\u884c zygomatic implant \u540c\u6642\u53c8\u9032\u884c sinus bone grafting.<\/p>\n\n<p>L-osteotomy \u5c31\u50cf\u662f slot technique + lateral window\uff0c\u505a\u51fa\u4e00\u500b L \u5f62\u72c0\uff0c\u77ed\u7aef\u9577\u5ea6\u70ba 10mm\uff0c\u5bec\u5ea6\u70ba 5mm\u3002\u9577\u7aef\u5bec\u5ea6\u4e00\u6a23\u70ba 5mm\uff0c\u800c\u9577\u5ea6\u5247\u4f9d\u64da sinus floor \u5230 zygoma \u7684 sinus roof \u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5982 Fig.1<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-806\"
