進行allon case, 有時需要進行大量的bone reduction。在縫合時，soft tissue 太多，造成soft tissue會蓋過healing cap，在進行立即給牙時會夾到軟組織，造成沒有鎖到位或是患者不舒服疼痛。
甚至因為游離的軟組織過多，造成原本充沛的KG反而吸收只剩下一點點。甚為可惜。尤其在下顎，這個問題更明顯。
提供一個方法作為參考，我稱為mucosal anchorage suture. 利用骨頭邊緣作為anchorage, 將mucosa 定位好，就不會有蓋過的問題。
假牙delivery比較容易，且KG 可以保留良好。
